I pay $600 a month for one child. not including airfare for visitation. I now have a new dependant soley depending on me and was denied a DES modification. I don't understand how the child support was not decreased? How should I go about to get the currrent child support modified?

So im getting married to a military man who is stationed in Sudan at the moment i have a 3year old daughter with a guy whom is on the birth cert. But has spent mosy of her life in prison and when he was out never helped with any of the financials for her and only saw her 3 times in 5Months. I have been accepted to job corps a program that pays for everything for me to study and on the job training. the only state that allows me to take my 7 month child with me is North Dakota. The father of my child hasnt been in her life these last three months even when i call him and text him he just ignores me. He is on the birth certificate but isnt helping me with any child expenses and doesnt even want to see her. He said it was okay for me to take her before but he got mad one day and said i couldnt. Their is no papers set down in court either.

I work in the construction industry as a foreman and have to stop by the office most mornings and afternoons to look at project packets, file time cards, and gather necessary tools for the jobsite. The company does not compensate me for this time at all. Is this illegal? Who do I report it to? In addition, I was recently fired for complaining about this as well as many other safety issues.
